The proximity to my friends was convenient, and the room was impeccably clean, especially the cozy bed with fresh linens. the staff, particularly Jordan, was friendly and welcoming, enhancing my overall experience. However, there was one staff member at the front desk who was quite rude and unhelpful, tarnishing my impression of the hotel. On a brighter note, the hotel offers versatile meeting spaces for business events, and amenities like complimentary Wi-Fi and a fitness center for guests to enjoy. the in-house bistro, the Commons at Sonesta, served delicious meals, perfect after a day of exploring nearby attractions like Hyland Ski Area and Bearpath Golf Club. Overall, Sonesta Select Minneapolis Eden Prairie has potential for a great stay, with its convenient location and comfortable rooms. However, improvements in customer service and billing practices would elevate the guest experience further.
